At the request of Parkson Retail Group Limited (the "Company"), trading
in its shares has been suspended with effect from 9:30 a.m. today
(23/4/2007) pending the release of an announcement by the Company in 
relation to a discloseable and connected transaction which contains 
price sensitive information of the Company.
